While it is standard practice for home warranty providers to offer emergency services, one of my favorite aspects of LHG contracts is that the provider offers these emergency services with all plans and at no extra expense to customers. Emergency home repair services could be critical for Wyoming residents, especially during the winter or spring when snow is melting. If customer input is important to you, LHG should be your top choice for home warranty provider. Over 11,000 reviews average LHG 4.7 out of 5 stars on Google Reviews, and nearly 3,000 average the same rating on Trustpilot. It’s important to note that the BBB has recently changed LHG’s accreditation rating from an A+ to “NR” (not rated) due to an unusually high volume of complaints made by customers on the BBB website. And while the BBB accreditation rating isn’t based on customer reviews, the company maintains a 4.48 out of 5 stars average from almost 2,500 customer reviews on the BBB’s website. Liberty’s Yelp rating is much lower, averaging 1.2 out of 5 stars, but it’s important to note that Yelp also contains the lowest amount of reviews: only 69 reviews. While EHW charges a standard service call fee of $75, their sample contract states that you can opt out of this fee and choose your own. If you prefer a service fee other than $75, be sure to call a representative to do so and to learn how that will impact your personalized quote. I recommend that Wyoming homeowners with more expensive home appliances and systems choose Elite when looking for a home warranty provider.
